The course then introduces you to JavaScript variables and programming concepts such as declaring variables using the var key word and naming JavaScript variables using identifiers.

You will learn about HTML events such as onclick and how JavaScript methods can be used to work with events. You will learn about the different types of conditional statements, their correct syntax and examples of their use. You will learn about JavaScript functions which are blocks of code designed to perform a particular task, and how to write the correct syntax for functions.
